It’s the end of a long day, and you finally hit the sack. You’re exhausted, except there is one tiny problem - as soon as your head hits the pillow, thoughts begin racing through your mind. Sounds familiar? Don’t worry you are not alone! I have been noticing this trend in many of my clients, friends, and even in myself. People are stressed the eff out and are having trouble sleeping. Don’t worry, there is a solution. I have been using an App called Calm. It has various tools to help you wind down and get some zzzz’s ASAP. There are meditations, soothing background sounds, and my personal favorite - bedtime stories. I know adult bedtime stories seem a bit strange, but I am telling you these are pure magic.
