Pack in some extra protein for pre- or post-workout. What I like best about this recipe is that there are tons of different variations, so you can get creative and will never get bored of the same thing. Use any type of protein that works for you. The oats are ground up into a cake like texture. So yes... you can have cake for breakfast!
